Tāne Mahuta

I would visit the Tāne Mahuta because it is the lord of our trees and because its history of his father(ranginui), mother(papatūānuku), and its siblings

    It's good to see a little bit of the history behind Tāne Mahuta's name and where it came from. In Māori mythology, Tāne Mahuta was the Māori god of the Forest and Birds.

    I'm glad to see you would like to visit Tāne Mahuta in person. It is such a wonder of nature.

    A suggestion for next time; you could definitely add some detail and more information about our Kauri Trees. For example, how long does it take them to fully grow? Let me know if you know the answer to that question.

    One day I would like to visit Tāne Mahuta so I can see the enormous and mighty tree up close in person, I wonder what it smells like... It has grown to be so tall and magnificent I’d love to see it in person as a picture just wouldn’t do it much justice.
